TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - It's Regional Playoff time for high school baseball teams in the Big Bend. Seven teams are still in the hunt for a State Championship, and three of them can punch their ticket Tuesday night.
North Florida Christian is one of those teams. The Eagles are 28-3 on the year. They host University Christian in the 3A Regional Finals, and coach says to expect a good one.
"We've been hitting the ball really, really well all year," head coach Mike Posey. "We're going to face a pretty good pitcher. They're determined, they have a lot of seniors. They were there last year. They know what it's about. Our willpower is going to have to be stronger than theirs. It'll be a tough game."
The Eagles match-up with the Christians is set for 4:00.
