TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - On Monday night, the Godby Cougars hosted North Florida Christian on the softball diamond.
Godby led 8-6 in the top of the seventh, but the visiting Eagles fought back. With bases loaded, Lauren Chorey sent a shot to deep right, clearing the bases and scoring herself.
Godby couldn't produce in the bottom frame, and NFC won 10-8.
At Florida High, the Seminoles handled Liberty County, winning 4-1.
