COLLEGE STATION, Texas (WTXL) - Make it a sweep for No. 6 Florida State volleyball, as the Noles (11-0) take their second match in as many days from No. 21 Texas A&M, sweeping the Aggies 3-0 (25-20, 25-16, 25-8).
"We got stronger as the weekend progressed," FSU head coach Chris Poole said. "I'm very proud of the team chemistry and the effort that we showed today."
Nicole Walch led the Seminoles' attack with 15 kills, while adding 12 digs. Fellow outside hitter Katie Horton also registered a double-double with 13 kills and 10 digs.
Florida State will begin ACC play in Tully Gym Friday at 7:00 p.m. against No. 13 North Carolina.
