TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Coming off a big ACC win against Maryland, Florida State goes to Miami on Wednesday, January 15th. Tip off will be at 9:00 p.m.
The Noles have won six of their last seven games thanks in large part to a stingy defense. Last week against Clemson, FSU gave up a school record low 41 points in an ACC game. For the season the Seminoles defense is holding opponents to a .363 shooting percentage, which ranks seventh in the nation.
Wednesday's game against Miami will be the first of two regular season games between these two in-state rivals. The Hurricanes will travel to Tallahassee for a game February 10 in the Tucker Center.
