TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The scheduled baseball game between No. 4 Florida State and Minnesota for Friday evening has been rescheduled due to the threat of rain throughout the rest of the evening. The Seminoles and Gophers are now set for a doubleheader Saturday, May 3 beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Game two Saturday will start 45 minutes after the end of game one, but not earlier than 6:00 p.m.

Dick Howser Stadium will not be emptied between games. From FSU: "Friday and Saturday's season and general admission tickets for the May 3 contest will be good for both games of the doubleheader. Fans holding reserved tickets for the rained out game on Friday will be good for reserved seating for game one of the doubleheader only. Fans holding reserved tickets for Saturday's regularly scheduled game will only be good for game two of the doubleheader."

Florida State will still distribute 1,000 shirts for Military Appreciation Day Saturday, before game one of the doubleheader. Gates to Dick Howser Stadium will open at noon, and the Noles will wear special Military jerseys in game two.
