NEW YORK - The NFL is making plans to limit the number of underclassmen who can receive evaluations for the draft.
Each school will be allowed to get evaluations for just five underclassmen each year and players will be advised on their potential to be picked in either the first or second round. The committee will also advise players if they need to stay in school for another year.
The league is concerned about the record 107 underclassmen who applied for this year's draft, and with 37 of them not selected
