TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Several big bend high school volleyball teams hit the court on Thursday. The Lincoln Trojans hosted three-time defending Class 1A State Champion Sneads, and despite the Pirates battling early, the Trojans came out on top, winning in straight sets. Madison Fitzpatrick led Lincoln with 12 kills, while teammate Veresia Yon had 11.
At Godby High School, the Cougars hosted North Florida Christian, and the visiting Eagles made quick work of their opponent, winning in three sets. The sweep continues a five match win streak for the Eagles, a streak that has them winning fifteen straight sets.
Munroe hosted Aucilla Christian on Thursday night, but fell in four 25-19, 20-25, 19-25, 19-25.
