TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Lincoln High School hosted Chiles Tuesday night in a Class 8A District 1 battle. The two were tied until the top of the fifth when Chiles' Caroline Jacobsen hit the solo shot to give the Timberwolves the 3-2 lead.
Kataleena Rivera swung things back in bottom frame with the two RBI triple to right. Rivera scored on a throwing error to third which made it 5-2 Lincoln.
The Trojans led 5-4 until the top of the ninth when Sierra Jevyak hit a run in to tie things up. Chiles would go on to win 11-7 in the 10th.
The Lincoln baseball team hosted Lincoln in a District contest, and the Trojans won 6-2.
