TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - On Tuesday night, several area volleyball teams opened up the regular season. At Leon High School, the Lions hosted Rickards for their season opener, cruising to a straight set victory.
The Lincoln Trojans, hosted a good Wakulla team to open up the year, but walked about with the win to improve to 1-0 on the season.
The North Florida Christian Eagles took on Robert F. Munroe, and won a close four set match 24-26, 25-16, 25-16, 25-9. Alexis Price and Alicia Poppell led the Eagles with nine kills apiece.
