Tallahassee, FL (WTXL) -- Kennedy Kemei wins the 42nd Annual Tallahassee Marathon in 2:31:38. Race officials say it was a much more difficult marathon compared to last year because of all the hills over the course of the 26 mile race.
It's the 5th marathon win for Kemei from Kenya. He trains in Kentucky.
"I don't know anything else to say. I was very happy I was glad because I finished this race," Kemei said. "It was cold. I have never dealt with cold weather like this one."
The 26 mile marathon started on Monroe Street and ended on Kleman Plaza.
