TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Lincoln boys basketball team plays in the Class 8A Region One Final on Friday night, where a win gets them back to Lakeland. Even if the Trojans come out on top, it is unlikely head coach Dimitric Salters will be in attendance.
Salters was placed on administrative review last month as Leon County Schools looked into reports of financial irregularities within the program.
WTXL spoke with Leon County Schools on Thursday, who issued this statement:
"We do not anticipate an outcome from the investigation until the end of the season."
