TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Several Big Bend area basketball and soccer teams hit the field Friday night. At Lincoln High School, the Trojan boys basketball team hosted Chiles in a District match-up.
The Trojans jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, winning 84-56. Dwight Wilson led Lincoln with 22 points, while Shumond Mosley had 11.
At Godby High School, the Cougars hosted Rickards in a 6A-2 match-up. The visiting Raiders picked up the 76-41 victory.
On the pitch, the Leon boys soccer team hosted Lincoln in a District match-up. The match was scoreless at halftime, but ended in a 3-3 draw. The Florida High boys improved to 11-1-1 on the year with their 2-0 win over North Bay Haven.
