LIVE OAK, Fl. (WTXL) - It's week four of the the high school football season, and the Suwannee Bulldogs sit a perfect 3-0 heading into Friday's match-up with Madison County. It's a start a long time coming for the Bulldogs, who've turned youth into a team hungry for a deep postseason run. The Bulldogs haven't beaten Madison County in the regular season since 1995, and head coach Kyler Hall is ready to see how his guys respond Friday night.
"For our seniors, this is the last chance," he said of the We talked about that and it's one of those games where in a small town, this type of game leaves a legacy, stamping your mark on Suwannee football."
"It feels great to lead this team one more time, but I think we can beat them this year," added senior quarterback Tyree Taylor. "We have a lot of skill set. We have the people to do it."
Suwannee travels to Boot Hill Friday to face the Cowboys. Kickoff is set for 7:30.
