TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Monday afternoon, Pelham confirmed that they have had a positive test for the coronavirus and as a result has canceled the next two games, Friday's match-up against Cook and the following week against Clinch.
Cook will now face Irwin County on Friday at home.
Pelham faced Early County last week, and the Bobcats have decided to quarantine their players and also cancel their next two games. They were scheduled to play against Mitchell County this Friday.
Due to a positive COVID-19 test of a Pelham player and having to quarantine so many of our players, we have cancelled this Friday's game against Mitchell County and next Friday's game against Enterprise (AL). See you all on Friday, October 2nd at 7:30 p.m. at Standifer Field. pic.twitter.com/uiSLJtdPcL
