TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - It's been a fun month for the Rickards track and field team, as the Raiders finished Regional and State Runner-up. There was a lot of talent on that Raider squad, and that talent has to go somewhere.
Chris Robinson is Louisiana Tech bound, where he'll focus on the 400 hurdles and the 400. Robinson is. a former distance guy, and had options, but said La Tech just felt like the right fit.
"I'm just happy, very happy," he said Tuesday. "I'm glad I went out with a bang and I was one to sign to Louisiana Tech. It feels very good. I never expected to sign for track. It feels great doing it."
Robinson added he plans to major in business management.
