TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - If you've made it this far in the playoffs, you're either in the Elite Eight or the Final Four. Florida teams are down to the final four in each classification, which is a familiar spot for the Madison County Cowboys.

The 'Boys are the back to back Class 1A State Champions, and to play for a three-peat, they have to get by Pahokee in Friday's State Semifinals. The Blue Devils are a fast team, and Madison County head coach Mike Coe notes containing that speed will be a big key to this game, a game they are excited they get to play.

"This doesn't get old. Some people it may, but the butterflies are still there, the excitement, the juice, the energy," he said Monday at practice. "I couldn't sleep last night. I sent the kids a message on Hudl, I can't sleep, I want to go to football practice! Other people are enjoying their Thanksgiving break and all that, but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else than with these guys getting ready to play this game."

Friday's matching against Pahokee is in Madison, and it kicks off at 7:30.
