The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically changed the outlook of sports on a global scale. FSUS athletics is committed to the health and well-being of all of our student-athletes, coaches, and volunteers. Due to the recent events gripping the world we are requiring that all student-athletes have a physical examination completed within 60 days of attending organized school activities. Please read the additional measures FSUS Athletics is taking before allowing sport participation and attendance in summer conditioning.

Pre-examinations and required documents for participation in school activities.

FSUS is requiring that all student-athletes complete their FHSAA physical examination (EL2) and Sport participation consent (EL3) forms prior to participation and upload the forms in focus.

COVID-19 testing for students currently experiences symptoms or returning from travel is recommended.

Athletes must complete the FSUS athletic Tryout Form before participation in conditioning

Locker rooms

Locker room access and water fountains will not be available to attendees to limit the potential spread of COVID-19.
