TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - The Florida High boys basketball team hosted Chiles Tuesday night, picking up the 73 to 68 win. The win was fitting on a night where the Seminoles remembered former Florida High girls basketball player Darrielle Copeland, who died in a car accident ten years ago. She would have turned 23 on January 7th.
Florida High's chapter of Students Against Destructive Decisions, raised awareness for the former Seminole on Tuesday, while also celebrating her life and remembering the person she was.
