BRANFORD, Fl. (WTXL) - Tim Clark is entering year number three with the Branford Buccaneers. and they're looking to build off of last year's 6-5 season, the program's first winning season in nearly a decade. Last year's program also sealed up their first trip to the playoffs in nearly two decades.
Clark said there were a lot of juniors on that team, and those juniors are now seniors and they want to continue that Branford pride another season.
"Their goal and they've expressed to me is to continue that. They're a smaller senior class, but they're an experienced group," said Clark. "If we take care of what we need to do and shoot for a winning season and prepare like we need to win, the other stuff will fall into palce hopefully."
Branford opens the regular season at home on August 23rd against St. Francis.
