Across Northwest Florida on Tuesday night, high school sports teams took part in District Match-ups. In Class 7A District 2, the Chiles boys hosted Leon on the hardwood, while the home team Timberwolves pulling out the win at the buzzer, 64-63.
Lincoln High School is also in 7A-2, but hosted Class 1A Jefferson County on Tuesday. The Trojans are undefeated on the year, and kept that winning streak alive, beating Jefferson 80-36.
In Class 4A District 2, the East Gadsden Jaguars hosted Florida High, and came up with the victory.
Outside on the pitch, the Lincoln girls defeated Chiles in a District match-up 2-1.
