CANCUN, Mexico – The Florida State women's basketball team struggled from the field and it cost the Seminoles as they lost for the first time this season. The Noles dropped a 80-68 decision to the Washington Huskies in the Cancun Challenge.
FSU was held to 27-of-78 (34.6 percent) from the floor, and just 4-of-17 from 3-point range, both season lows.
FSU continues the Cancun Challenge on Friday when it faces Furman at 1 p.m. ET/Noon CT at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya Hotel.
