TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - After losing two straight matches the Florida State volleyball team returned to form with a sweep of Boston College Friday night.
“We’ll take it,” FSU head coach Chris Poole said. “We were shaken up a little bit last weekend and the girls were motivated to work hard this past week. There are still things we need to do to improve.”
For the second-straight match, sophomore outside hitter Katie Horton led the attack with 13 kills, hitting for .312, adding four block assists and nine digs.
Florida State will return to action on Sunday afternoon when the Seminoles host Syracuse at Tully Gym.
