TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida State sand volleyball is scheduled to host an exhibition match, Saturday February 1 at 2:00 p.m. at the FSU Sand Volleyball Complex.
The format will be a Garnet and Gold intersquad scrimmage.
"The preseason Garnet and Gold intersquad match is huge for us because it's a dress rehearsal," FSU sand volleyball head coach Danalee Corso said. "We get to see how players compete. It's different from how people practice - playing with a whistle brings a different element.
The Noles return three All-Americans to their 2014 roster: Jace Pardon and Sarah Wickstrom earned the honor in 2014 while Aurora Davis was named All-American in 2012.
Last season, FSU recorded a 17-4 record in dual matches, and maintains an all-time undefeated streak against east coast teams.
