TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--Florida State freshman Milica Kubura is the ACC Freshman of the Week. Kubura had 14 kills against Florida on Thursday. Then on Saturday, registered 12 kills against Marquette.
“I’m very proud of Milica,” FSU Head Coach Chris Poole said. “She is still adapting to life in the United States and she has a lot of potential. She will continue to improve as she understands more of the game at the collegiate level.”
“This is such an amazing honor,” Kubura said. “I am honored to contribute to such a great program and I believe that all of our hard work will continue to pay off during the season.”
Florida State's next game will be Friday against Samford.
