MADISON, Fl. (WTXL) - In Madison County, Ironhead Gallon was a stud on the football field, first for the Cowboys and later at Georgia Southern.

Now, the safety is taking his talents west, as Arizona picked him up as an undrafted free agent.

Gallon leaves Thursday for camp, and said he's pretty excited. He's ready to show everyone what he's made of and what made him such a threat at Georgia Southern.

"Being a rookie, being an undrafted free agent, I have a chip on my shoulder," he said. "You never can underestimate an underdog. Getting back to my roots, I'm a cur-dog, and I'm going to be a curdog for life, and I just want to show the world you don't want to mess with the curdogs at all."
