TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - All Tallahassee high school sports fans, and those that played Lincoln from 2004 to 2008, remember BJ Daniels.
The Trojan quarterback went to South Florida, set records, then won a Super Bowl in the NFL. This summer, he retired from professional football, but then came the Alliance of American Football, a new league.
On Tuesday night, the quarterback draft was held in Las Vegas for the AAF, and Daniels was taken in the second round by the Salt Lake Stallions.
The AAF is a ten week season, and starts play this February.
