TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) – Leticia Romero scored 22 points, helping No. 7 Florida State roll to a 95-39 victory over North Florida on Monday.

Florida State had five players score in double figures, led by Romero's third 20-point game of her senior season. Ivey Slaughter and Imani Wright each scored 14 points for the Seminoles (11-1), which have won 10 straight games for the eighth time in school history.

The 56-point win is the eighth-largest in school history and marks the second straight year FSU defeated the Ospreys by more than 50. Florida State won last year's game by 52.

A Claire Ioannidis 3-pointer gave North Florida a 3-2 lead before the Seminoles scored 14 straight points. Florida State led 52-17 at halftime.

Sierra Shepherd led the Ospreys (6-7) with 12 points, and Ioannidis added 11.

POST-GAME NOTES BY FSU SPORTS INFORMATION:

• Florida State has scored 90+ points for the fifth time this season and for the second consecutive game. The last time FSU scored 90 or above in consecutive games was Nov. 14-21, 2014. In that stretch, FSU defeated UAB 92-62 in its season opener, then defeated Bethune-Cookman 103-34, followed by a 91-55 win over Eastern Illinois.

• FSU’s 10-game win streak is the eighth time it has recorded 10 or more straight wins, including three times in the last four seasons. It is tied for the third-longest win streak in program history. The record is a 12-game streak in the 2004-05 season.

• The Seminoles improve to 7-0 all-time against UNF, and have defeated the Ospreys in four consecutive seasons.

• FSU is now out-scoring opponents by +34.8 points per game in its 10-game win streak.

• The Seminoles are now 25-3 vs. Florida schools since the 2012-13 season.

• Senior point guard Leticia Romero’s game-high 22 points is her fifth career 20-point game and the 16th time in her career where she has finished as FSU’s leading scorer. Romero went 9-of-11 from the floor, including a career-high tying four 3-pointers (4-of-5).

• Senior forward Ivey Slaughter finished with 14 points in 15 minutes against UNF.

• Junior forward Shakayla Thomas recorded her 61st career game in double figures, the team’s active leader. She has 10+ points in 10 of 12 games this season, including four straight following Monday’s 12-point performance.
