TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida State soccer team opened up ACC play with a scoreless draw against Duke. It wasn't a loss, but it wasn't a win either. On Thursday night, the Noles took the pitch looking for a win as they hosted 7th ranked Clemson.
The match was knotted at one apiece at halftime, and less than two minutes into the second half, Cheyna Williams found the back of the net to put the #3 Seminoles up 2-1.
Florida State answered again on a Megan Connelly penalty kick to seal up the match 3-1. To read more on the big win, you can click here.
