TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida State soccer team faced Duke back in September, a match that ended in a scoreless draw. On Friday night, the two faced off again, but this time the stakes were much higher, as they squared off in Cary, North Carolina in the Semifinals of the College Cup.

Head coach Mark Krikorian said earlier this week that Duke was a very different team then the one they faced in September. He was right. Their defense shut the high scoring Seminoles out.

In the 32nd minute, the Blue Devils scored the first goal against FSU in eleven postseason games, and they never looked back. Duke added a last second goal to seal up the upset 2-0 to advance to Sunday's National Championship game where they will face Penn State.
