TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida State men's basketball team had a big win over Lynn University in their first exhibition match-up of the season. On Monday night, the holes hosted Southeastern in their second exhibition of the year, and their final 'game' before the regular season tips off November 15th.
The Fire of Southeastern hung with the Noles early, but FSU took charge midway through the first half to expand on their lead and they never looked back. Florida State led 57-35 at halftime, and surged in the second half to cruise to a 117 to 76 win.
Seven players finished the night in double digits, with freshman Malik Beasley leading the way with 23 points. For more information on the win, click here.
