TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida State men's basketball team took the floor Tuesday night against Jacksonville University. The Noles were led by freshmen Dwayne Bacon and Malik Beasley in their home opener, and it wasn't any different Tuesday.
The freshmen duo scored over twenty points for the second straight game, with Bacon leading with 27. Through the first two games of the season, Bacon has 50 points, the most ever by a Florida State freshmen.
His performance carried the Seminoles to the 98-79 win over JU. Florida State returns to action on November 20th against Hofstra.
