Florida State Basketball Coach Leonard Hamilton Ready To "Let Process Take It's Course"

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -  The Florida State men's basketball team is steady gearing up for the 2015 season, and it's a season that's built on a lot of hype. All five starters are returning, and they're the only team in the ACC that can claim that.

Their schedule will make the incoming class grow up quick. Florida State plays seven ACC games against teams that suited up for March Madness last season, as well as three NIT squads.

Head coach Leonard Hamilton suggests to forget all the hype, and says it's time to just play basketball.

"You never want to get too far ahead of yourself as a basketball coach," he said Sunday as the Noles took part in picture day. "The most important thing is to try and get better each and every day, and going through the process. Sometimes people want to make progress before you got through the process. Right now, we have quality talent, we have the great attitude, and have quality depth. We'll let the process take it's course, and normally, that works pretty good for us."

The Seminoles open up play November 2nd against Lynn University in an exhibition contest.
