TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida A&M volleyball team is 4-1 in MEAC competition, but it's their out of conference schedule that's proved tough.
On Monday, the Rattlers welcomed in Florida Gulf Coast University, where the visiting Eagles took the first two sets. FGCU jumped out to an early lead in the third, and never looked back, winning 25-8.
The loss drops the Rattlers to 4-16 on the season. They return to MEAC play on Friday when they host Savannah State at 7:00.
