TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Saturday's weather proved perfect for the Florida A&M Track and Field team, as the Rattlers hosted the 66th Annual FAMU Relays.

The Relays was the Rattlers only home meet of the year, and they took the time to recognize the handful of seniors competing. The Rattler women look to make a little noise this year, as they are on the hunt for their third straight MEAC title.

Head coach Darlene Moore expects a lot from her group this year, and this meet, the perfect time to figure out who they are.

"It's just a good starting point to see where we are," she said Saturday. "We have spring break and it'll give us as coaches time to evaluate and see what we need to work on. As for the women's team, as when we go in and try to three-peat as MEAC Conference Champions. When you on top, there's only place you can go, and that's down. We're not trying to do that, we're trying to stay on the top, so we're ready for the task."
