TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida A&M men's basketball team will be able to take part in postseason play next season, as their postseason ban was lifted by the NCAA last month.
Some tough news for the Rattlers though, as on Monday, stand-out Malcolm Bernard announced his intention to transfer from A&M. Bernard led the Rattlers this season with over 14 points and seven rebounds per game. He led the MEAC in steals, and was second in the Conference in assists.
There was no reason given for the transfer, and he will not be able to play for another MEAC school.
