TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - The journey to the State Semifinals begins this week across the state of Florida for high school flag football teams.
Four Leon County Schools kicked off the fight for one District title Monday night, as FAMU DRS and Chiles squared off in one 1A-2 Semifinal, and Godby faced Lincoln in the other.
The Baby Lady Rattlers of FAMU DRS were the first team to punch their ticket to Wednesday's Championship game, as they handled Chiles 20-14. They'll face Godby, who beat Lincoln 26-13.
Wednesday's title game will be held at Godby High School at 7:00.
