TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - On Friday at FAMU DRS, fans of the Baby Lady Rattlers basketball team celebrated the team's recent State Championship, their fourth in six years, and they're fifth overall.

The ladies coasted through the postseason, capping it off with the 55-40 win over Academy at the Lakes to seal up their second straight Class 2A crown.

"My momma always told me to enjoy the moment because it might not ever come again," said head coach Ericka Cromartie. "A lot of people ask me about three-peating, but at this point, I'm not thinking about that. I'm a firm believer of everything will work out the way it's supposed to work out. Right now, I'm just going to enjoy the moment with our school, with our girls and with our program."

The school also celebrated the boys basketball team on Friday, who made it to the Class 2A State Final Four this season.
