TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (March 5) -Florida A&M Head Football Coach Earl Holmes announced today, that the contracts of wide receiver coach Steven Jerry and defensive back coach, Jimmie Tyson will not be retained.
“On Friday, I released receivers coach Steven Jerry and defensive backs coach Jimmy Tyson. I would like to thank coach Jerry and coach Tyson for their dedicated service to the Rattler football team over the past four years. Their professionalism during this transition period has been stellar, assisting with the recruiting of a strong 2013 class, as well as maintaining day-to-day operations during my transition to head coach. I wish them well in their future endeavors,” said first year head coach Holmes.
