On Tuesday night, several high school basketball teams hit the court for District play. In Tallahassee, the Leon High School boys hosted Chiles in a 7A-2 battle.
The visiting Timberwolves jumped out to an early first quarter lead, but thanks to Trejan Davis' 19 points and five rebounds, the Leon Lions walked away with the big District win, 70-46.
At John Paul II, the Panthers took on North Florida Christian in a 3A-1 contest. The visiting Eagles claimed the 47-40 win over John Paul II.
At Madison County, the Cowboys fell to rival Hamilton County on Saturday night, but turned around to get the big win over Lafayette on Tuesday, 63-40.
