TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - "Talking to the store manager, people have been waiting since seven this morning, lining up and hundreds of people outside," said David Ross before his book signing on Thursday in Tallahassee. "I don't think I've ever waited in line besides Disney World, so this has been really, really cool for me."
It has been quite the year for Ross. The Florida High grad won a World Series Championship with the Cubs back in November, he finished runner-up on "Dancing with the Stars," done countless TV interviews, cameo appearances, and wrote that best selling book.
On Thursday, Ross signed autographs for that bestseller, and he laughed when reflecting on the past year, joking that he can't believe a guy who can't even ready wrote a best selling book.
All joking aside, Ross said he feels very fortunate, very blessed, and gave a special shout-out to the city that helped make him who he is today.
