TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida State and Florida’s matchup will continue to end the regular season through at least 2022 with a four-year extension to the in-state rivalry announced Tuesday.

The Seminoles and Gators are keeping their traditional Thanksgiving weekend slot, having played on the holiday weekend 32 times, including every year since 2005, with FSU holding a 17-14-1 edge in those matchups. The teams will play in Gainesville on Nov. 30, 2019 and Nov. 27, 2021 and face each other in Doak Campbell Stadium on Nov. 28, 2020 and Nov. 26, 2022.

Florida State has won seven of the last nine games in the series, including a school-record four in a row in Gainesville.
