TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Florida State baseball team is one of the final eight teams still standing.
"We've been doubted the whole season," said Drew Mondoza, an infielder. "It's really fired us up and that mentality isn't going to change."
The Seminoles are gearing up for a trip to Omaha and the College World Series. They leave Wednesday on their quest to bring home a National title.
Florida State and Arkansas will go head-to-head in their first game in Omaha.
That game begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
