Former Wakulla High School standout quarterback Feleipe Franks made it official on social media Monday that he is transferring to Arkansas.
Franks played for Florida the last three seasons, but entered the transfer portal in December. His offensive coordinator in Fayetteville? Kendal Briles, who joined the Arkansas staff in December.
