TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - This week needs no introduction for Florida A&M fans. It's Florida Classic week, and a date with Bethune-Cookman is on the horizon. The Rattlers are ready to snap an eight game skid to their biggest rivals, as they haven't beaten Bethune since 2010. Besides that state, this Rattler squad also wants to finish strong. They haven't lost since opening the season at UCF, winning nine straight.

So no pressure right? Head coach Willie Simmons says this team honestly is just focused on themselves.

"If we keep that mindset, we'll prevent ourselves from having the emotional letdown that many teams face during rivalry week," he said Tuesday. "I think the buildup is more for the fans. They're excited to go and end the streak, the pressure is on them. Our football team is going to take the same approach that we've taken the nine game winning streak and I think that's why we've able to perform at a high level every Saturday since the UCF loss."

Saturday's game is in Orlando, and set for a 3:30 kickoff.
