TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - The Leon and Chiles softball teams squared off Tuesday night in the Class 8A District 1 Semifinals, with the winner earning a berth to Thursday title game.
Chiles led 2-0 until the bottom of the fifth, when they scored four runs, taking the commanding 6-0 lead.
The Timberwolves added two more runs in the bottom of the sixth to ice the win, punching their ticket to Thursday title game, where they will face Lincoln.
The Lincoln baseball team hosted Rickards Tuesday night, winning 4-2.
