L.A. beat Tampa Bay 8-3 in the first game of the series as Tyler Glasnow took the loss. The Rays couldn't get much going against the Dodgers' ace with the exception of a home run by Kevin Kiermaier in the fifth inning.

The Rays will have to have a short memory to bounce back in Game 2 Wednesday night. Tampa Bay will start lefty Blake Snell while L.A. manager Dave Roberts has said today will be a bullpen day for them, with Tony Gonsolin getting the start.
Tampa Bay's 2-4 spot in the batting order was held hitless, and it will likely take more than 3 runs to beat this Dodgers team.
Cody Bellinger and Mookie Betts each homered for the Dodgers in Game 1.
