TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) — Update from Saturday:
The Tallahassee-Leon 13U team was eliminated from the Babe Ruth Southeast Regional Tournament Saturday morning.
The all-stars fell to Williamsburg, 9-6, in the championship bracket. Tallahassee-Leon totaled 12 hits in the game.
Update from Friday:
The Tallahassee-Leon 15U team has been eliminated from the Babe Ruth Southeast regional tournament in Tennessee after a loss Friday morning in 11 innings to Arlington, VA.
For the 13U team, they lost to Greenville Friday morning on a walk off hit, 6-5.
However, the 13's are still in the running. They have advanced to the championship bracket on Saturday, as a two-seed.
Update from Thursday:
The Tallahassee-Leon 13U team has won their second game at regionals. The team defeated Stanly County, N.C. 5-2.
Ryan Stillman was the winning pitcher with Kyler Thorp getting the save.
Jay Campbell, Myles Bailey, and Gavin Rudd each managed multiple hits for the Babe Ruth squad.
The 13's play Greenville, N.C. Friday morning at 8:00 EST in the final game of pool play.
With Thursday's win, the team is locked in to Saturday's 4-team finals.
Tallahassee-Leon 15U bounced back Thursday morning with a 4-0 win over Giles County, TN. The winning pitcher was Gordon O'Donnell. He allowed 3 hits and struck out 2.
David Carter also pitched, allowing only 1 hit.
Adam Parzych went 3 for 4 from the plate, while Kerrick Roberts went 2 for 3.
The Babe Ruth all-stars face Arlington, VA Friday morning at 11:00 EST.

The Tallahassee-Leon Babe Ruth all-stars began play Wednesday at regional tournaments in Virginia and Tennessee.
The 13's team defeated Arlington, VA 17-0. David Avera was the winning pitcher. The 13's will face Stanley County, N.C. Thursday afternoon at 5:00 EST.
In the 15's tournament in Tennessee, the Babe Ruth all-stars fell Wednesday to Lawrenceburg, TN 8-3. The 15's will play Giles County, TN Thursday morning at 11:00 EST.
