MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) - The Aucilla Christian softball team is on the hunt for a three-peat after winning back to back State Championships in 2015 and 2015.

The Warriors were at home on Monday as they hosted Peniel Baptist in the Class 2A Regional Semifinals, and the visiting team? No problem for Aucilla Christian.

The Warriors punched their ticket to Tuesday's Regional Finals with a 10-0 win. Pitcher Elizabeth Hightower pitched a complete game, one hit shut-out.

The Brookwood Warrior girls soccer team was winless two seasons ago. This year, they hosted Westminster in the first round of the GISA playoffs. The visiting Wildcats scored first, but Brookwood tied it up late in the first half.

Tyre Kimbrel, a senior for Westminster, was too much to handle from Brookwood. She scored five goals en route to the 5-1 Wildcat win.
