TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Florida Republicans attending the national convention are going to share breakfast with Ben Carson, drink craft brews one night and visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
The Republican Party of Florida has released a schedule for the 99 delegates who will be attending the GOP convention in Cleveland.
Carson, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy are among those scheduled to appear during breakfast meetings.
Florida delegates are scheduled to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Thursday. They are holding a "Red, White and Brew" reception with the Arizona delegation at a Cleveland brew pub.
Florida is considered a key swing state in the presidential election, but there's no mention on the schedule of either Donald Trump or his running mate Mike Pence visiting with the delegation.
