KEY LARGO, Fla. (AP) — Two technical divers have found what is believed to be human remains inside the cabin of a sailboat some 300 feet below the surface about three miles off Key Largo.

The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/1uCbiIh ) reports the remains are believed to belong to 24-year-old Noah Cullen. He's been missing since Aug. 4 when a boater last spotted his sailboat sinking.

Cullen set sail from his mother's house for a free diving trip. A storm hit early in the afternoon, bringing heavy rain, lightning and winds up to 25 knots. Around 2:30 p.m. another boater saw a sinking sailboat with no signs of life and alerted authorities.

The remains were taken to the medical examiner's office.

A fish and wildlife spokesman says it's unlikely they'll find out why the boat sank.
